Disclaimer
Read these limits before relying on a checker result, document list, provider worksheet, safety score, or external resource.
No eligibility or approval decision
The website does not determine whether a person or household qualifies for Lifeline. A selected program, income route, or prepared document does not establish eligibility. Eligibility is not guaranteed and approval is not guaranteed. Official rules, records, household circumstances, documentation, deadlines, and verification control the result.
No service or coverage guarantee
Service is not guaranteed. Provider participation, enrollment availability, service areas, network performance, plan allowances, hotspot features, shipping, fees, support, and activation methods may change. Coverage maps are estimates and may not reflect reception at a particular building or indoor location.
No device guarantee
A free iPhone is not guaranteed. Lifeline is a service discount program, while any device offer is subject to the participating provider's current terms. Device model and condition may vary. Inventory, state, plan, promotion, cost, shipping, upgrade, warranty, replacement, and eligibility-completion requirements can affect an offer.
The eSIM checker does not read a phone or perform an IMEI, EID, blacklist, network-band, carrier, or provider database check. A result that says a device may be ready means only that a provider compatibility review is the next sensible step. An unlocked phone is not automatically compatible with every network.
No provider recommendation
The provider worksheet does not rank or endorse companies. Blank comparison columns are for visitor notes. Verify current provider participation and service details through official resources and the provider's established contact channels.
No fraud determination
The red-flag checker identifies patterns that deserve caution. It does not investigate or accuse a named person or company of fraud, and it is not a substitute for law-enforcement, legal, financial, credit, or identity-recovery advice.
External information
External resources control their own content, availability, accessibility, privacy practices, and security. A link is provided as a starting point and does not guarantee that every external statement remains current. Users should verify current information through official resources.
Use of the toolkit
You remain responsible for reviewing official notices, protecting sensitive information, answering applications accurately, and confirming provider terms before changing service, transferring a number, submitting documents, or paying a fee.
